Women Empowerment World LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information with deep care, responsibility, and reverence. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you engage with our website, services, programs, products, live events, and AI Companions (collectively, the “Services”).

We operate as a California limited liability company and comply with California state law and federal privacy regulations.

1. What Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact Information: Name, email, mailing address, phone number

• Account Details: Login credentials, program enrollments, billing information

• Birth Data: Date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth, provided voluntarily for the purpose of creating your personalized Goddess Map™

• Demographics: Gender identity, location (if voluntarily provided)

• Spiritual & Empowerment Data: Reflections, journal entries, AI Companion conversations, and Goddess Map information you choose to share

• Event Participation Data: Registration details, attendance, and any audio, video, or chat content captured during live gatherings (see Section 4)

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, usage patterns

• Payment Information: Processed securely through trusted third-party processors; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver and personalize our empowerment programs, AI Companions, and services

• Create your personalized Goddess Map and related materials

• Communicate with you about offerings, updates, and sacred invitations

• Improve and evolve the experience we offer through analytics and feedback

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

• Create safe, sovereign spaces of healing, sisterhood, and empowerment

We will never sell your personal data.

3. Your Sacred Data & AI Companions

Our Services include AI Companions, including the Oracle of She. When you interact with an AI Companion, we use your information to personalize your empowerment journey, to reflect your Goddess Map, archetypes, and soul path where applicable, and to improve the accuracy and alignment of your AI Companion’s responses.

Your conversations may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence providers in order to generate responses. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and are not permitted to sell it. All AI data is processed securely and ethically, in accordance with our mission to serve your growth, never to exploit it. You may request deletion of your AI Companion conversation history at any time, and you are always welcome to opt out of AI use altogether.

Our AI Companions offer spiritual reflection, encouragement, and guidance. They are not therapists, medical providers, attorneys, or crisis counselors, and nothing they offer is a substitute for professional care.

4. Live Events, Recordings & Media

Our Services include live virtual gatherings, including Goddess Parties and cohort sessions. Please read this section carefully before participating.

Live sessions may be recorded in audio and video for training, program delivery, quality, and archival purposes. We will tell you before a session is recorded, and you may choose to keep your camera off, use a different display name, or remain off microphone at any time.

From time to time we may wish to use recorded material in promotional content, documentary, or other media projects. We will not do so without your separate, written consent for that specific use. Your participation in a session is not consent to appear in promotional or broadcast media. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, and we will make reasonable efforts to remove your likeness from materials not yet published.

We ask all participants to honor the confidentiality of the circle and not to record, screenshot, or share the words or images of other women without their permission.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies to enhance your experience and gather aggregate, anonymized data for analytics. These tools help us understand what’s working and what needs refinement in our ecosystem. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though it may affect some site functionality.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell your personal data, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate and only what they need to do their job.

• Process payments

• Host our website, forms, and customer relationship and email systems

• Provide artificial intelligence and cloud hosting services for our AI Companions

• Host live virtual gatherings and store recordings

• Deliver analytics and advertising measurement (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads)

Each partner is required to keep your information confidential and secure. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect the safety of a person.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing team@womenempowermentworld.com.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you

• Withdraw consent or request deletion

• Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the “unsubscribe” link

• Opt out of AI Companion use

• Withdraw consent for use of your likeness in recorded material

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have received data from a minor, please contact us immediately to remove it.

We implement safeguards—both digital and spiritual—to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. These include encryption, secure servers, and limited access protocols. Still, no system is entirely immune. If a breach ever occurs, we will notify you in accordance with California law and take swift action to address it.
